Security at TruxIQ
Layered safeguards designed to protect your fleet, people, and business data.
SOC 2
Our security program follows SOC 2-aligned principles for security, availability, and confidentiality, with controls reviewed and improved as the platform grows.
Data encryption
Data is encrypted in transit using modern TLS and protected at rest using managed encryption controls. Sensitive credentials are not stored in client-side code.
Lovable Cloud security
TruxIQ uses Lovable Cloud's managed database, authentication, and infrastructure security capabilities, including hardened access controls and continuous platform maintenance.
HTTPS everywhere
Public pages, authenticated sessions, and application traffic are served over HTTPS to protect information while it travels between your browser and TruxIQ.
Row-level security
Database row-level security policies restrict records by authenticated user, company, and role so tenants cannot access one another's protected operational data.
Audit logs
Security-relevant and operational events are logged to support monitoring, accountability, troubleshooting, and investigation of suspicious activity.
Security is a shared responsibility. TruxIQ customers should use unique passwords, protect login credentials, assign the least access required, and promptly report suspected security issues through our contact page.
