Subscription cancellations
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. Unless otherwise stated at purchase, access continues through the end of the current paid billing period and the subscription will not renew.
Refund eligibility
Subscription charges are generally nonrefundable once a billing period begins. We review requests involving duplicate charges, billing errors, or a verified inability to access the service caused by TruxIQ on a case-by-case basis.
How to request a review
Contact TruxIQ through our contact page with the account email, company name, charge date, and reason for the request. Please do not send full payment-card details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Processing time
Approved refunds are submitted promptly, but the time required to appear on an account depends on the payment provider and financial institution.
