About TruxIQ

What is TruxIQ?

TruxIQ is a cloud-based Transportation Management System (TMS) built specifically for small carriers — owner-operators, small fleets, and growing operations up to 25+ trucks. It replaces spreadsheets, paper logs, and disconnected tools with one platform: dispatch, loads, drivers, invoicing, compliance, and QuickBooks sync all in one place. You can start a 7-day free trial today — no demo call required.

Who is TruxIQ built for?

TruxIQ is built for owner-operators and small to mid-size carriers who are serious about running a tight operation. If you're managing loads manually, chasing invoices in spreadsheets, or spending hours on paperwork that should take minutes, TruxIQ was designed for you. It's not a scaled-down enterprise system — it was built from the ground up for carriers like yours.

Pricing & Plans

How much does TruxIQ cost?

TruxIQ offers two plans. Carrier Essentials is $149.95/month and includes dispatch, load management, driver management, invoicing, QuickBooks Online sync, driver portal, ELD connection, and DOT compliance tracking. Carrier & Brokerage Pro is $349.95/month and adds IFTA fuel tax reporting, fuel cost tracking, advanced accounting (bills, chart of accounts, general ledger, reporting), driver settlements, brokerage management, CRM, and order planning. No setup fees. No per-user charges. No surprises.

How does TruxIQ pricing work?

Each plan is a simple flat monthly price. Higher plans support larger fleets — see our pricing page for what each plan includes.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, anytime. Upgrade or downgrade from Settings → Billing inside the app. Your data stays exactly where it is when you switch.

Free Trial & Getting Started

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial — fully functional, no feature restrictions during the trial period. A credit card is required to start. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then with zero cost. Start your trial at truxiq.net.

Do I need to book a demo to sign up?

No. TruxIQ is fully self-serve. You can sign up, set up your account, and start dispatching loads the same day — no sales call, no demo required. If you want a walkthrough, we're happy to help, but you never have to wait for one to get started.

How long does setup take?

Most carriers are up and running the same day. You add your company info, trucks, and drivers, connect QuickBooks if you use it, and you're dispatching. There's no complex implementation or IT setup required.

What happens when my trial ends?

If you subscribe before the trial ends, you're billed for your first month automatically. If you don't subscribe, your account access is paused. Your data is preserved — so if you come back later and subscribe, everything is right where you left it.

Contracts & Cancellation

Is there a contract or long-term commitment?

No contract. TruxIQ is month-to-month. Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing inside the app — one click, no cancellation fees, no calls to make. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you already paid for.

Features

Does TruxIQ sync with QuickBooks?

Yes. QuickBooks Online (QBO) sync is included in both Carrier Essentials and Carrier & Brokerage Pro. Invoices, payments, and accounting data flow between TruxIQ and QBO without manual entry. Start your free trial to see how clean your books can be.

Can my drivers use TruxIQ?

Yes. TruxIQ includes a Driver Portal — a separate mobile-friendly interface where your drivers can view their assigned loads, update status as they move through a trip, and access load documents. The Driver Portal is included in both plans at no extra charge.

Does TruxIQ handle DOT compliance?

Yes. TruxIQ includes a compliance and safety module with driver qualification (DQ) files, DOT inspection records, drug and alcohol test tracking, CSA score monitoring, accident logs, and driver training records. These tools are included in both plans.

Does TruxIQ connect to ELD devices?

Yes. TruxIQ offers real sync with Samsara and Motive. Once connected, your ELD data flows into TruxIQ and you can view a general Hours of Service overview alongside your loads and driver records. ELD integration is included in both plans, free.

TruxIQ is not a certified ELD and does not replace one for FMCSA ELD mandate compliance. Hours of Service data shown in TruxIQ is for reference only — official HOS compliance must come from your certified ELD device.

Does TruxIQ handle IFTA fuel tax reporting?

Yes — IFTA reporting is included in the Carrier & Brokerage Pro plan ($349.95/mo). Carrier Essentials ($149.95/mo) does not include IFTA. If IFTA reporting is a must-have, Pro is the plan for you.

Why TruxIQ

How is TruxIQ different from other TMS software?

Most TMS software was built for large carriers and retrofitted for small ones — which means bloated interfaces, long onboarding, and pricing that punishes growth. TruxIQ was designed specifically for carriers running 1–25 trucks. No demo wall. No per-seat pricing. No 6-month implementation. You sign up, set up, and dispatch — often the same day. And when you have a question, you reach a real person.

Is my data secure?

Yes. TruxIQ runs on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with row-level security — meaning your company's data is isolated from every other carrier on the platform. No other carrier can see your loads, drivers, or financials. See our security page for more details.
